  • Calendar Hub Team Scheduler is a shared calendar that integrates with Microsoft Teams, allowing all members within a team/channel to create and view events. Events created in Calendar Hub Team Scheduler are visible to everyone in the team/channel.

  • No, the app only needs to be installed once, and everyone in the team can access it.

  • Go to the Teams section in Microsoft Teams. Navigate to the channel where you installed the app and click on the Calendar Hub Team Scheduler tab to start using it.

  • To fetch meetings, open the Calendar Hub Team Scheduler tab. A pop-up will appear asking for permission to access and display meetings associated with the team/channel where you've installed the app. Click "Continue" to grant access.

    If you prefer not to grant permissions, you can still use the app to create new events, but won't be able to view meetings scheduled for the team/channel.

  • No, meetings fetched from the Microsoft Teams calendar cannot be edited by you or other team members.

  • Yes, all team members can view all events created within the Calendar Hub Team Scheduler tab, regardless of who created them.

  • Labels can be assigned to events to categorize them. This makes it easy to filter events.

  • Yes, everyone in your team can create events in Calendar Hub Team Scheduler.

  • Yes. You get a 45 day version trial (No credit card required).

    • Step 1: Go to Microsoft Teams app store and click on the Buy a subscription button. You will be navigated to the checkout page.
    • Step 2: Click on Buy by default one year subscription will be selected then click on next to proceed.
    • Step 3: Add your address by clicking the Enter your sold-to address link.
    • Step 4: Click the Add a new payment method link and enter your credit card details.
    • Step 5: Click the Place order button.
    • Step 6: Wait for Microsoft to process and confirm the successful transaction.
    • Step 7: Click the Set up button to activate your subscription.
    • Step 8: After this, you will be navigated to the Calendar Hub Team Scheduler subscription landing page where you can manage your licenses
  • Microsoft generates the invoice for your subscription on the 9th of each month. You can download it from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center: Billing → Bills and Payments → Invoices.
